Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or perishable products (including dried flowers) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at jardins231@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Inspection and Approval

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.

7. Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. Please return the original item first, then place a new order for the desired product.

9. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Delayed Returns

Returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting customer service promptly. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

12. Refund Deductions

Refunds may be subject to deductions for restocking fees or shipping charges, as applicable.

13. Exchanges Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items unless the exchange is due to our error.

14. Lost Return Shipments

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
