Team Service Agreement

This Team Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of services provided by JARDINS 231 UNIPESSOAL, LDA, including garden planting, maintenance, and decoration. By engaging our services, clients agree to the following terms:


1. Scope of Services

Our services include garden planting, landscape maintenance, seasonal care, and the installation of dried and artificial floral decorations.

2. Service Area

We currently provide on-site services in Vilar de Andorinho and surrounding areas. Requests outside this zone are subject to availability and additional travel fees.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule services in the event of bad weather or other unavoidable conditions.

4. Team Responsibilities

Our team will perform all services in a professional, safe, and timely manner, using appropriate tools and equipment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the garden area and inform us of any special instructions, safety concerns, or restricted zones before the service begins.

6. Materials and Equipment

All necessary tools, plants, and materials are either supplied by us or pre-arranged with the client. Any client-provided materials must be fit for use.

7. Service Fees

Prices are based on the scope of work and will be quoted prior to service. Payment is required as per the agreed terms on the invoice or contract.

8. Cancellations

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Safety and Liability

We follow strict safety protocols during service. However, JARDINS 231 UNIPESSOAL, LDA is not liable for accidents caused by pre-existing hazards on client property.

10. Weather Conditions

Severe weather may require services to be postponed. We will communicate promptly to reschedule at the earliest possible time.

11. Work Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will revisit the site if necessary.

12. Environmental Practices

We strive to use eco-friendly products and sustainable gardening techniques whenever possible.

13. Damage to Property

Clients must inform us of any underground systems (e.g. irrigation, cables). We are not responsible for damage to hidden utilities not disclosed in advance.

14. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with reasonable notice. Any outstanding work or payment will be settled accordingly.
